The store is clean and it is nice to be able to come in to shop, just wear a mask. Seeing the lighting in person really helped us decide. Justin was very helpful and provided extra information regarding stock availability, upcoming sales and warranty information.
I have purchased 3 items from Lamps Plus in the last month, a home decor piece and 2 chandeliers. Competitive pricing and great service. I will return to their store in Lynnwood WA for all my lighting needs. The sales staff was outstanding. Efficient, personable and knowledgeable!
They do have a lot of lighting for ceilings, walls, floor lamps ,table lamps, indoor, outdoor etc. I was delighted today to have found a plug that goes into the wall and you plug any metal lamp in and it becomes a lamp that turns on by touch! And it also dims the light! I had been looking everywhere for a nice touch lamp to no avail but today found a lamp I like at Lamps Plus and bought the plug in and have exactly what I want. I like that we can take lights home to see how they look then return them if unsuitable.
Very helpful and kind employees. Also beautiful lighting. I will be back.
