So I’ve talked to 5 different collections company’s in my life and this is the worst place to do business with and it’s not even close. During a pandemic year where the interest rate is 1.2% for 10 years, they are charging 26% interest?!? Ha what a joke. I didn’t even have to pay the bill I CALLED THEM about, I just wanted a lower interest rate on a small loan so I guess they can wait forever, rather than taking a payment of the actual debt

Debt collectors are the devil. They will make your life miserable just for money. For the money is the root of all evil as they say it.

Let's be honest. The company is a collection agency. They have a job to do. There's a right way and a wrong way to settle up, on both sides. Sam and I had a very personable conversation regarding a debt I wasn't aware I had. It wasn't fun, in terms of having to fork out money I hadn't budgeted for, but it needed doing. There was no drama, no fuss. Sam wasn't \mean\, or harsh.. She was direct, as she has to be in her line of work. But we got our business settled and both of us are moving forward. Nuff said. To those casting 1 star reviews, I'm sorry that the experience wasn't as positive as mine. But there is truth to all sides of a story, and some who owe money are not as forthcoming or willing to accept their share of responsibility too. It's food for thought, not a judgment.

Wide Open Outdoors

This company is fraudulent. Just got a phone call from it, wouldn't tell me why. Just got two letters in the mail for debts from medical providers that don't exist. Photo copies are going to authorities.....
