Everyone loved this, could take our dog with us. Fascinating engineering and lovely view of Lynmouth while going up/down. Not disabled (if you need a wheelchair) or buggy friendly due to being a Victorian carriage

A great masterpiece of thoughtful ancient Engineering!! Shouldn't ever miss this for any reason, if you visit Lynton or Lynmouth. The staff is friendly and the prices are much cheaper than what it actually worths (as I see it)
I have driven past Lynmouth but never stopped to take in the views. Today I made a point to stop on route and see what was around. I was surprised to see such beautiful views. Of course one had to delight in the seaside fish and chips.
Incredible feat of engineering and a loverly ride with brilliant views, and you can take your dogs up with you.
Awesome place..sit on the rocks by the sea for hours, you can do fishing..try the cliff rail, will take you to top of the the cliff..small trek to the top.. breathtaking view from there.
