I have always had excellent service at the Lynchburg Petco. They have the products I need and my order is always ready when I get there. The staff is friendly and helpful and don't mind if I blabber on about my 4 cats. Another plus is the cleanliness of the store and of the cat adoption area. They do a wonderful job, and I would not hesitate to adopt a cat from this store.

We will not take our dog to Petco again for grooming, we have never seen such a ugly ,uneven trim .

This store has a very good overall selection and a wide range of products offerings from traditional brands to higher end healthier alternatives. I recommend signing up for the loyalty program as it will save you money with each visit and literally takes about 90 seconds.

Husband came home with wrong flavor of pet food. Went back to store (same day,same car, unopened food, receipt) but store said they would not accept change of flavor(same brand, same size,same cost, same store shelf) because of COVID!! we are out 119.81!! There was no sign with warning. The cashier was not wearing gloves,etc. Blue Buffalo and Hills Science Diet are not cheap!

Helpful staff and lots of options: I do think this location should staff more employees however as often there is no one at the front to ring you up.
