Very disappointing. For decades I have enjoyed Outback Steakhouse in other cities, but this location is not a good. The first time I attempted to eat here there was a 30 minute wait. Because of Co-void, no one could wait in the lobby. So they asked for a cell phone number to make contact when a table was available. Since it was cold outside, we left and waited somewhere else for the text. After an hour wait, we decided to eat elsewhere. I'm gad we did because I never received a text! So as not to judge too quickly, I returned a few days later and was able to get a table quickly. The restaurant had no more than 10 guests. The server was pleasant, but unfortunately the service was very slow. It took over 15 minutes to have a server approach us for drinks. Then, we were amazed how long getting drinks and bread took, not to mention the food. I'm not typically impatient, but waiting another 15 minutes to receive the drinks with a near empty restaurant is unsatisfactory. Once the food came (approx. 45 minutes after arrival), it was alright, just not the quality of presentation or taste that I've experienced at other Outback locations. With restaurants across the nation struggling to remain open, I hope the management will take the necessary steps to make it a viable and attractive restaurant in this community.

In response to the multiple reviews talking about waiting for a while when the restaurant is visibly not full.... you must consider that we live in a time now that Doordash, Grub Hub, and online takeout is just as popular as eating out used to be. Although it's not pleasant, consider that the kitchen is busy even if the restaurant doesn't appear to be.
Steaks were over cooked. The Seared Ahi Tuna was barely 1/2 the searving you usually get so we had to buy 2. This location is rapidly turning into Applebee's and won't be open long from the looks of it. Only thing that went well was the server. She was great which is why we didn't complain. She has no control over a poorly managed business. First steak ordered rare. The second was medium rare. See the pictures for yourself.
Wasn't a good experience. My food wasn't prepared the way I requested and the wait was extremely long. I do understand we had a large party but the food was not good and management was not that great. Our server was wonderful though
Our waitress had the attention span of a gerbil. Absolutely the worst service that we have received anywhere in a long time. If you want to go to Outback for your meal, don't pick this one! She was nice enough but didn't get any part of our order correct. Promised to fix it and then obviously forgot about it. We had to remind her 3 times about our drink order. And judging by how long it took to get them she didn't even put them in until the 3rd time. And the place was nearly dead, I can only imagine how much worse the service would've been had they been busy. The food itself was typical Outback food. Decent steaks, not the best that you've had but far from the worst. But based on the poor service and poor attitude of the management, I would not recommend eating here.
