Over the past 42 years, all of our very much loved family pets were very well cared for and treated by all the professional, caring staff. Always so considerate and empathic during the times when we unfortunately had to put some of them to sleep due to illness. I cannot rate them highly enough and appreciate everything they have done for us and continue to do, excellent knowledge, always willing to go the extra mile, wonderful advice and always so understanding. Our pets home from home, making us all feel like family. Thank you

I can not fault the team here. My poor little piggie fudge has been very poorly the last few months. But with the help from the AMAZING Stuart (exotic vet). As well as the rest of the team, they have helped her have a comfortable and happy life. No matter my issue or questions. The team always do their best. I travel an hour to go see them because they are so good. On Facebook Stuart has been suggested by many different people from a far. He is clearly an asset to the team.

Great vets, if you have pet rats or exotics it’s worth waiting for Stuart to be available. He has his own pet rats so understands them on a personal level. Limited help available if you can’t see the specialist and can be a long time between booking and getting specialist availability, hence the 4 instead of 5 stars!
