My favourite pond/lake out of most of them, in the forest of Dean. Some lovely wildlife there. And if your a photographer, a perfect place to get some good shots

Fantastic place to visit lots of different birds to see and other wildlife. We go there quite often we take seed and bird balls to fill the feeding table. It's lovely in the summer plenty of seating to have picnics. We were really thrilled yesterday as we saw a kingfisher first time in the years we have been going there. Amazing.
Beautiful! Some lovely trails in this area. There is a cafe down by the lake. The track we walked down took a couple of hours, seemed to be around a 4 mile round trip. Most of the trails were bike friendly.
Great walks and cycle paths a lot of nice wildlife. Good stop for all ages. Cannop cycle centre 5 mins up the road has awesome downhill and xc loops.
Amazing place nice little snack bar there plenty of seating. Woodland walks nice day out. Just pay and display parking 2 for 2 hours.
