My daughter as a budding entrepreneur trusted Lydia Design Studio to make a pattern and sample. After paying for the pattern and sample in full, Lydia Design Studio would not provide the pattern for which she saved her money and paid. Made calls and text to the Lydia Design Studio. No reply. Beware of Lydia Design Studio and their business practices. Thank you for the response. Although I have no record of a text response from Lydia Design Studio, I will look forward to picking up the paper pattern on Tuesday, 12/29. I will call to confirm the pickup time.

I look forward to working with Lydia Design Studio for many years. Being new to the industry I was a bit apprehensive about the process of bringing a product to market. Simon and Lydia totally put my mind at ease as we rolled through the process of bringing a concept to design, to product sample and so on. They made it very easy for me. My nightgowns are beautifully made with precision and grace. I can't wait to show them off! I'll post pics soon.
This was my first time dealing with a manufacturer. Simon and Lydia made it so easy to do business and understood communication on all of my production needs. They were patient, detail oriented, and delivered my samples PERFECTLY! My design was somewhat complex and time consuming but the job was done well. Would definitely recommend!
NO STARS!!! This place took my 40 for an online zoom call consultation and was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! Do not do work with them. Within the first few minutes of the zoom call, the call went out. The owner called me hours later and told me that the electricity went out and that he would contact me to reschedule for Monday (4 days later). I said Ok and waited for him to reach out to me. He never did!! I texted and called and no response. That Monday I called again to schedule the zoom meeting and a lady told me at 4 pm I will receive a call. When it came around to 4 Pm no one emailed me nor reached out!! Ive contacted them several times for a refund and no one has contacted me back. So now I need to handle things throught the bank. They are so unprofessional. Who takes someone 40 and then doesnt follow up with a meeting. If I could give them no stars I would
Couldn't be happier with the results of the samples that Lydia and Simon produced! The finished products were beautiful! Great to work with and I'm looking forward to more collaboration with them!
