A friendly and welcoming place to stock up on local groceries. We bought stewing steak and it was delicious in a casserole. Also pasties and sausage roll (my favourite) for lunch, and plenty of other delights (chocolate, fudge, cakes etc). The staff in there are lovely and so helpful. Not only did they keep some meat back for us a few days in advance, but also offered to hold it and our other groceries for us until we'd returned later in the day after a walk.
