It’s a chain. But the manager here is committed to building loyalty by offering excellent service.He won me over. I ordered a product through Amazon that was the same make but not the same model as one he sells. When it malfunctioned, neither Amazon nor the original vendor would honor the guarantee or help me get is repaired. They directed me to the manufacturer, who gave me the runaround. The manager at Mr Bricolage called the manufacturer for me and got them to stop playing games. I am convinced that they honored their warranty only because of his intervention. The staff is friendly, helpful and patient with my bad French. It’s great. For as long as this continues, if I need it and they sell it, they’ve got my business.

Bien utile à Luçon ce Mr bricolage. Suffisamment achalandé et agréable. Personnel à l'écoute et de bons conseils..
Le magasin est très accueillant mais depuis qu'il y a plus de place il n'y a plus de matériel en stock. Manque souvent des articles ou trop peu de stock par article..... Dommage !

Mauvaise surprise, poignée de porte achetée hier, mais les vis fournis sont trop long. A couper pour la bonne longueur ok, mais bout de vis fragile, après les 2 tours de tournevis, le bout est resté dans le filtage de la poignée. Et bien, c'est pour ma gueule, non repris,ni échangé, \ dé.....- vous
