I keep meaning to write a review for this place but I'm lazy! We've had a takeout twice from this place and I can't rate it highly enough. The staff are lovely, the food is very authentic (I'm from the north west of England, I've eaten A LOT of curries!) and they've adjusted into lockdown very efficiently. Now we just need to work our way around the rest of the menu, one delicious dish at a time.

We arrived really late for dinner and decided between 2 Indian restaurants in same place. Honestly i wasn't expecting much as many Indian restaurants in Europe don't have authentic flavours and their cooking I consider lazy. Our order had Chicken Jalfrezi, Chana Masala, vegetable rice and roti. Spices were great and flavours good, freshly made too. I would return to this place for another dishes.

Such a friendly, clean restaurant and the food was delicious! Indian food is my favorite and Saffron went above and beyond. Highly recommend!
