We used luv carpets for our bathroom flooring..Josh came round..to measure etc .popped into the shop where Kerry was very helpful we placed the order then and there..then Craig and Josh did the rest.. perfect..clean tidy nice guys..nothing was too much of a problem...would highly recommend

Would highly recommend this company. They were helpful when choosing our carpets with great advice. Good communication during the lockdown and Jack and Josh were polite and professional when fitting our carpets expertly yesterday and treated our house with respect and left it beautifully clean. Highly recommend these guys. Previously went to Carpet Right who did an awful job, didnt use glue for the carpets and put the spikes the incorrect way around. These guys came to the house to have a look and finished of our stairs and redid the mess that carpet right left after arriving. Didnt bother chasing carpet right as they have hurrendous customer service. Go with these guys.
Kept me informed from ordering carpet, to them laying it, was very pleased with the end result
