Staff at the show room were fantastic, however the after care was dreadfully. Work tops came damaged doors came damaged. When I asked for a refund for the work tops because the colour did not match . One was dark and the other was light like there was dust sitting on it .They refused to give me a refund . The worst experience ever. This all delay my kitchen.

I was very pleased with my purchase in Wren. I was served by Malik who was very welcoming and provided me with great customer service. He was able to answer all my questions and was very patient with me. The manager who was there at the time was extremely reassuring and I will definitely recommend Wren Kitchens to my friends and family.
If I could I would give 10 stars. The Stuff is so helpful , so friendly. If we had any problems or questions they were happy to get them sorted straight away. They have planed us an amazing kitchen. And the manager Jazz was ready to help24/7. We had such a good experience with Wren kitchen. We will Definitely recommend this brunch to our friends and others .
Awesome service i didnt feel pressured at any time and the team didnt come across like sales people, they simply made me and my wife feel comfortable from the start, they was patient and took us through the process step by step, helping us to design our kitchen to perfection and also showing us where we can cut costs to suit our budget, Jazeer, jordan and Faizal all helped us acheive our perfect kitchen and they are a credit to wren. Thank you guys. All the rest of the staff was also very friendly and couldnt do enough to help us wren are lucky to have you all. Product and customer service was perfect. Highly reccomended
Very relaxed approach to kitchen designs and sales. When I first walked in I told them my maximum budget and not to try and sell me anything beyond it. We worked through the design after the free measuring in my home the week before. However, with my old boiler in one corner of the kitchen, the design and number of cupboards were restricted. So, I put the kitchen design on hold and I was never pressured into paying any deposit or completing the kitchen design. It took me two months to organise the boiler being removed and a Combi installed upstairs. Then I contacted Wren Kitchens and they were happy to start the design process all over again. Even then, my ideas for the original design were changed when I learned I didn't need a cooker hob installed because the house is older than 2006 and the kitchen isn't an extension. (Look up Building Regulations with the online Planning Portal.) So, I changed my design completely and made some further adjustments after the 360 panoramic design had been sent to me. I decided on the same layout we already have. I've saved money by finding my own kitchen fitters, which took time but again, I wasn't put under any pressure to pay a deposit to Wren until I was completely happy with everything. I have been given a longer lead time than I need in order to allow me to get my fitter lined up. This will allow my order to be brought forward. Minimum lead time is a month. I have selected a kitchen from the Infinity range, so all units will be delivered already built. My final price is below my maximum budget, paying 10% deposit with the balance over 3 years 0% interest free credit. The pictures here are the final design excluding the flooring and all my own appliances except new oven and Induction hob. When the kitchen has been installed, I will take photos of how it really looks.
