Text me saying I had cancelled my appointment 2 hours before it was due to happen. I hadn't cancelled so called store to be told estimator was sick and couldn't fit me in till next week. They should have called me in first place, I would not be so cross if I'd been shown some courtesy, my time is valuable too! No customer service. Another carpet company will now get my 700 .
AVOID! Tapi don’t have any carpets in stock and will lie to their customers at any opportunity. At the highest level of management- directors have no morals and will speak to customers in a disgusting way. Apparently when Tapi treats their customers like rubbish- said customers don’t have a right to be upset and when customers express that upset, the directors start mentioning that they have human rights and don’t need to discuss it further!! AWFUL COMPANY.
The service was brilliant and the man that served me was fantastic and really helpful
