My first experience with the main BMW dealership, was exactly what you would expect. I was happy with my consistent treatment, which led me to the decision of taking out my second vehicle contract. I had 10 months left on said contract and had hoped I could upgrade early as I needed a bigger car. I was aware that a few things would need to be fixed on the vehicle before returning the car. I raised this issue with a seemingly helpful salesman who assured me this would not happen and encouraged me to go ahead with the sale. We had agreed on this and I was confident to go ahead with the new contract and of course, the new car. Shortly after the vehicle inspection I received an email from head office with excessive charges through BMW. As previously stated, this was not what had been agreed. I was then told to contest the invoice raised to BMW financial services by the aforementioned salesman. After doing so, it was clear that no one was willing to budge. Had this been left, my credit score would have been affected, so I had no choice, despite being told this would not happen. Overall the process has been very stressful. On top of this, I would not expect such dishonesty from BMW, your representative, the salesman has put your entire set up into a bad light, I won't be renewing my contract with yourselves and I will be sure to spread the word of your bad practise.

My car was booked in for recall, they provide a such a good service that they decide that the dab system that was fit to my car I didn’t need any more and the technician need it more then I did so he helped himself and cut the dab system out of my car for their own need, they were so kind that they left me the remote and cut Ariel behind as these items were on display. When you book your car in with them make sure they are aware what extras you have installed. As the manger thinks these things don’t happen here. See images for there workmen ship
I sent an enquiry to Specialist Cars Luton regarding a BMW 3 Series, within 24 hours Dan had made contact with me taking the time out of his Saturday to have a decent conversation with me instead of just selling the car which I appreciated. He then referred me to Ellie in sales who talked me through the car and all the impressive packages which were installed. After considering the options I decided to buy the car, which resulted in a very smooth and quick process. Ellie sent me a brilliant personalised video of the car which was a nice touch especially in Lockdown. After the first call on Saturday, I was driving out of the dealership with the new motor the following Friday. Ellie also took the time to talk me through all the driving features as this was my first BMW. Excellent professional service throughout the purchase of my wife' BMW Z4. We dealt one to one with Derek Baker from the sales team who was excellent. He worked hard for us to make all arrangements for our purchase via phone and email due to us living 500mile from the dealership. Derek stayed late following our initial contact by phone on Thursday evening to send us a video preview of the Z4 we had seen listed on the BMW UK Approved website. The purchase was completed very efficiently with us collecting the Z4 on the following Wednesday. My wife was so excited on collection day, and the guys at Specialist Cars made the occasion very special. The Z4 was displayed in a glass booth on its own, very nice detail !!. I must also mention Dan Tucker of the financial team, who was excellent on the day. I highly recommended purchasing a car at Specialist Cars BMW Luton. Excellent service, makes you feel special, along with fantastic cars.
