My 27 year old daughter has just completed a 28 day program at this centre in Luton. She had attended 3 other rehabs over the past 5 years and not one of them have been able to treat her addiction and keep her from drinking and using drugs. PCP have been so professional and managed to deal with all her issues, the staff have been fantastic and so supportive. The accommodation was very clean and comfortable and they employ cleaners that come in every day and clean the property. I would have no hesitation in recommending these people as a first class service, they really know what they are doing and get to the bottom of the problem. At last we have our daughter back and I can’t thank them enough. Thank you PCP and a big thank you to Perry Clayman you are truly an amazing person.

A dirty unclean residential house for the Men infested with Bed Bugs causing a nasty rash to one client. Asked by a client to obtain funding for one extra week to be advised they would put in for four extra weeks allowing them to pocket the remaining monies from the welfare state. A week with no direction as to what was expected and when questioned councillors were always quick to spin the reply putting you in the wrong. Highly unrecommended due to poor facilities for living quarters and no direction for goals to be expected. See picture of a Bed Bug on my pillow zoomed in from my i phone.

If you value the safety and welfare of your loved one don’t send them here. My partner underwent a detox recently they were short staffed and as a result on the final day of detox they failed to recognise her high anxiety levels and unbeknown to the one member of staff on duty she was able get hold of the keys to gain access to the medicine room and take a near lethal overdose. Also inappropriate behaviour and comments from counsellors and had a phone stolen whilst there. Would definitely not recommend.

My partner has just completed an alcohol detox and I'm shocked by the standards. Cleanliness was poor, my OH has returned with bites from bed bugs. There was insufficient heating and hot water for showers. Medication was missed due to staff being busy! There are a number of people who could not tolerate the conditions that left early . I am will be obtaining statements to pass on to CQc

PCP offers a great service to their clients, I was at PCP on an 12 week programme and have been sober for over 3 months now. This is the second rehabilitation centre that I have been to and would recommend to anyone who is thinking about going. The staff are supportive and genuinely care about their clients, I am yet to see this level of service from any other centre.
