The 99%

Very disappointed with the Luton Shopmobility. I have called twice today and both times phone goes to vlice message so I've asked for a call back. No one has returned my call not sure who's responsible for the phones ! Sadly I am eating this a a poor service. I wanted to keep things local but now I have to go to Aylesbury....it's crazy and very disappointing for a service in Luton I don't know why you have a voice machine to leave messages but you don't respond to them.

Realy bad expeirence today took my friend to arndale after she broke her leg, tried multipul times to ring and pre book but nobody ever answered the phone, so went to center and turned up at mobilty to hire a scooter they said she needs i.d which i had driving licience on me but my friend didnt; so asked to take it out in my name instead of hers which she made a huge fuss about and wouldnt let us bcos id let her go on the scooter bla bla (obvs cos she has the broken leg i dont need it) long story short gave us the scooter eventually then spied on us on camera on scooter watching us sensibly shopping around center after 2 hrs then came to m&s to track us down making a scene and taking scooter of us when security arrived asking if everything ok she told him wed been naughty girls and we gave her the keys back as requested and payed our 2 and hopped away feeling embarrased like 2 naughty school girls; we see the funny side to all this but just felt the women were jobs worth and didnt use any common knowledge to understand our suituation.
