If GOOGLE reviews had 6-star rating Luton Cameras would deserve it. I have had fantastic customer service each time I visit, and nothing is ever too much trouble. I had my Nikon which I use for work repaired very quickly and a spare lens had a replacement front element (how I managed to shatter it I will never know). But even during a very difficult period for most business they managed to obtain the spares and repair each item. My Nikons & (now very old) Olympus kit won’t be going anywhere else for 1st class service and repairs….

Proper old fashioned camera shop which still sells and processes film (35mm and 120). Has lots of second hand cameras and lenses as well as new gear. Even dark room supplies such as photographic paper and chemicals. Staff knowledgeable and approachable. They will give free estimates for camera repairs too. They even have a std/super 8 projector you can rent to show your old home movies on. To the reviewer who said that repairs are expensive....it takes a highly trained person many hours of high precision work on a very complex, very small machine (your camera). If we assume they make a decent wage \per hour\ you begin to see why camera repairs are never cheap. These people have been in business 50 years and can repair just about any camera out there from vintage film to new DLSRs.
Superb service every time! Great for repairs, service and of course sales! Others try to sell you what you don't need, The Luton camera people's sell you what you need and actually ask for! This alone is what keeps bringing customers back. Great prices repairs/sundries/kit. I live in North Wales now and I still use them to this day! Cheers chaps!
Sent my film camera in over lockdown, I still received professional advice and service. Was amazed with the work done and would recommend them to anybody
