I had emailed to ask for prices for a family trip to Thorpe park from Luton airport. I received a very quick response with a great price for a return trip. The company were great in keeping in touch sending me a text with the make and model of the car and reg number. The driver text and phoned to organise a pick up point and was always there when we arrived at the point. Our driver was very friendly and polite and even helped and recommended local places to eat out. Highly recommend this company and will certainly use them the next time we are down.

It was quite easy to book, the driver was quite punctual as soon as I rang him when out from the airport but I didn't like the fact that he was not wearing the mask appropriately considering his cough and this covid situation(luckily the back side of the car was covered in plastic). Another negative fact was that he didn't check the traffic and highway closures and the route to the destination, so I had to personally guide him with my GPS which was kind of annoying and unprofessional. Besides that I would recommend the company anyway.
