We have recently purchase a kitchen and bathroom and are absolutely delighted with the excellent service we have received from the staff at this company. From the initial visit to the showroom where Margaret went through all our options and then carried out a home survey to complete the design for both our kitchen and bathroom. They were very helpful when we made changes before installation nothing was to much trouble. Both teams of fitters carried out the carried out the work with the minimal disruption. It was very satisfying to to have dedicated teams for both kitchen and bathrooms. The finished product exceeded our expectations. Luton kitchens were recommended to us by friends. Absolutely fantastic customer service. A well-deserved 5 stars. We had a quick, rushed-order which was seen to effectively and efficiently with us being kept up to scratch at every step of the way. After support was on offer throughout the holiday period. High quality kitchen items too. All in all, great stuff.

Do not use this company. It’s a shame I cannot give them zero stars. The whole experience has been a disaster - and the problems have yet to be resolved nearly a year after the work was started. The plumber’s poor workmanship and careless attitude left us with a hole in the flooring and a chip in the shower tray, not to mention a leaking shower that has still not been fixed and therefore cannot be used. The ceiling of our newly decorated lounge is a mess where water has leaked through twice (the first time being where the plumber cut through our heating pipe). The leak became apparent 3 months ago and no one from Luton Kitchens, Bedrooms and Bathrooms has even been to look at the problem; we keep being told that the plumber is busy with other jobs. After sales care is obviously bottom of their priority list. Customer service is also poor - our calls are often not returned and we are constantly having to chase them to get back to us. Very, very disappointing.
