Had a problem with my cooker so called the Joe Graham's to book an engineer to come out. When I described my problem to the person who answered the phone, he immediately told me what the problem was, and how to solve and that there was no need to have an engineer to visit. Such honesty is a rear thing nowadays. Well done Joe Grahams, top marks.

We saw the fridge freezer we wanted. As it was the last one we were given a discount and as we are having some renovations done at the moment we can have the unit delivered when it's complete in 2 weeks time. Great customer service.
