Second time I've rented from them and and a really friendly experience. Cannot understand the negative reviews. The process is thorough to ensure the cars remain in a good condition for all customers. If everyone returned cars with a minor dent here or there, they would be in shocking condition. It takes time and extra expense to return the car to a suitable state for the next customer and hefty costs are usually not for the extent of the damage for for a quick turn around time. PLUS, their full cover charges are still affordable, definitely worth paying extra for peace of mind. People also forget that this is the company's terms and conditions, not the choice of the team working behind the desk. There are rental companies who are genuinely there to rip you off but these guys are not one of them. Great service and can recommend!

OMG beautiful experience with Greenmontion Luton. Funny story: I came back to Luton office tell them that the car is super dirty they told me that they will ban me because I assumed them that someone took my headphones from the car after my last rental . After that the little guy told me as well that he will not change the car and he will cancel my reservation! Please tell me Green monitor what is happen with you! The funnies story is why you can back to us ? Question from one of the members who was in office at 28th of Aug ?

Worst car rental ever. BE AWARE. They want to cover low prices with charging you after car return for something YOU DID NOT damage. They wanted to prove that I scratched one wheel rim while car parked on a private parking at home and NO CHANCE to damage or scratch anything. Fortunately I made a pictures of the car and the wheels prior the rental and the rental guy gave up to prove me I have done a scratch because it was on a pictures already before rental. Good advice: Save your time and do not hassle for your peace of mind. Choose another rental agency.

Scam artists, avoid at any cost. Traveling to London in January I got a Seat rented for two days the car was almost out of petrol and dirty from previous usage, but they didn't care and didn't have any alternatives for me. The car had scuffs and nibbles that were not listed, and I spotted some, but not all. Therefore when I returned they charged me 135 pounds for scuffing the Alloy wheel. Thad I had missed. I complained to the mother company and after 3 weeks of considering things, they told me that they had all the right to do so. So, do avoid this operation at any cost. They are just some scam artists and pretty good at it to be honest.
