The worst delivery !!! The supplier was waiting in front of the house and did not bother to knock on the door. He called me 3 times in a row and I hung up because obviously after the first time I couldn't talk. The cake was left on the trash can and since he couldn't do his job before he started ringing the knock on the door, he decided it was the right decision. I guess he had a very important job staying in the car and yelling at the girl who had a birthday.Since there was no information about the address, name of the guarantor and a special inscription that was completely different from my name, he decided to knock on the door for the first time and keep track of how he waited and rang the phone and no one moved the person for which was the surprise. But I guess since there is no information about the delivery address, he expected to call the customer with a horn until he himself realized that this horn on the street was for him. However, I am glad that he managed to make the right decision after leaving the cake in the trash to try to knock on the door for the first time.

I always get cakes from here for any occasion, never have I had a bad experience. Cakes are always fresh and made to a high standard.
Purchased a cake from the Luton Bury Park store...not impressed, cake just did not taste fresh...had a sweetened cream on top, tasted synthetic...bought cakes from Niralla before much better quality and taste..last cake I will purchase from cake box.
I’ve bought cakes from your shop in luton on 3 occation On 2 occation the cake isn’t fresh when you take a bite from it the freshness isn’t there feels as though the cake is made 2 days ago was left really disappointed. However your shop in watford is excellent in quality never had a problem. Recently bought birthday cake today From luton cakebox for my son birthday and was left really disappointed.
