This time I had four new tires installed on my vehicle. Everything went smoothly thanks to the attention of Jodie, my service 'person' who kept me abreast of the progress and how much longer I might have to wait. The waiting room is comfortable & although there were a number of other folks waiting, we were able to maintain 'social distancing'. The only other times I have brought my 2013 Cruze in for service was for routine oil changes and, again, Jodie was my service mentor. Thank you, Jodie!!

Hubby needed something reliable so we came here. Which I might say was good. As soon as we walked in two gentlemen greeted us, and we were paired with Ron as our sales rep. Hubby had a plan and Ron helped us, but was able to make our plan go better. Ron was nothing but amazing throughout the process. Instead of a used car, we ended up with something new. He was truly a gem. We were reassured and offered water or coffee while waiting. The whole process went smoothly. Once everything was complete, they took the car off the showroom and had it detailed. Then dropped my car, Chevy Cruze for an oil change. Each and every staff made you feel like family.

I had a great experience with autonation. My sales rep was Eric who was attentive and able to answer all my questions leading up to the purchase of my Chevy Silverado. I look forward to maintaining a great relationship with the dealer moving forward.

I dropped my truck off on Sunday Jan 18 for work to start first thing Monday morning. The services that were performed was warranty work as well as a molding replacement on the rear passenger side door. I received a phone call on Thursday Jan 21 that the work was complete on my truck and ready for pick up. I went into the service shop and paid for the body work given this was an out of pocket expense which cost me 365.98. After checking out I proceeding to my vehicle- once I was out to my vehicle I looked over the body work to find the modeling was backwards applied to my truck and the paint had bubble in it. After telling the service manager he told me he’d have to get someone to check to ensure what I was saying was accurate. Well- he confirms it was put on backwards. After that the service rep said we will fix. Ok that’s fine but what about the labor cost that I just paid and drove to pick up my truck after having it for more than 4 days for repair and for the shop to not have the audacity to even check the repairs before calling me. I talked to the GM, who told me he’d call me back by Friday Jan 22. Still no call back, so I called AutoNation to be told he was not there to then call back and that he is there- long story short still no call back from the GM to address the cost of the labor refund and getting my truck fixed correctly!!!! Then to call the AutoNation HQ and be told it will take 5-7 days for customer service to call me back?!?! Completely not acceptable. Especially after you purchase a 80,000 vehicle. Additionally, to date 1/25/21, I have NOT yet received a call back from the GM Jon Anderson. He stated when I talked to him personally on Thursday, Jan 21 that he would address the issue and personally get back to me - still NO call back!

JODY IS AMAZING!!! I initially came in irate and upset because I’ve only had my car for 5 weeks now (I still have temporary tags), my check engine light came on, windshield wipers stopped working, and the auto starter stopped working too. I emailed my sales person Eric (he’s great, SHOP WITH ERIC) explaining the mishaps, he told me service would reach out to me an almost immediately Jody called me and set me up with an appointment. I came in today I was told with my warranty it will be a 200 deductible to have my check engine light turned off. I wasn’t expecting that so I was not prepared to make that payment today. Jody was somehow able to waive that fee for me and my car will be fixed by this after noon. I just want to thank Eric and Jody because despite me being a b*tch and rude they remained nice and continued to try to help me in anyway they could.
