Love the henna I got from here..But what was outstanding was their amazing customer service! When I went in the store was busy, and it was towards the end of the day as well; however each member of staff I interacted with was upbeat, welcoming, very helpful and had a smile on their face; right from the staff at the door, welcoming me with a sanitizer spray for my hands and finding a member of staff to help me, to the staff in the haircare section and the gentleman at the till. Thank you. That is a great team at work there!.

I went looking for a bit of nice-smelling solace during lockdown. The staff was absolutely amazing and I felt safe with all the sanitary measures they have in place. I left with lots of gorgeous bath bombs and a big smile on my face. I wish I’d taken the name of the lady who helped me, she was wonderful!
The staff are always brilliant in Edinburgh but definitely even more so in these difficult times. Feels really safe in store. Great to see online events too, recently did a face workshop and it was total bliss to bring the spa home and be shown how to best use the products.
Lovely place to get great smelling and lovely all natural products. They have great facemasks, bath and shower things. A lot of stuff is even plastic free, which is a great bonus. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Some stuff (particularly bath bombs) can be a bit expensive for something you only use once
I'm always going to lush for family and friends gifts or just stuff for queen herself aka me cause that place goods makes you feel you good .
