The Noble Tower Resort is owned and operated by one Cesar Noble, who was obviously an outstanding army recruiter, because his plaques of appreciation are on display at the Noble Tower. The entire resort is constructed using well-worned smooth stones and concrete. The tiles in the rooms are from excess tiles that construction companies have discarded. In other words, this place was built in the cheap. The Noble Tower is built to resemble a Fortress. It's big, tall, made of stone and has holes and arrow-slits. If you're curious about the rooms, it's dark. The bed is firm and good, but the pillows are terrible. The bathroom is basic at best. Scattered around the resort are large sized figures of popular cartoon characters. There's Hello Kitty, Mickey, Sponge Bob, Hulk, Spiderman ... Just to name a few. The atmosphere in this place is unique. Because the materials used to build this place is scrounged from everywhere, the resort makes you feel that you are in a apocalyptic movie set! (I.e. The last stronghold where the last survivors live, and outside the compound are the undead.) All on all, there can only be one word to describe this place: Bizarre! You have to check this place out!!!
