Not too crowded in a winter day - very nice spot for kids as well! Love the path leading to the cove. We didn’t hike on the hill but I imagine it would have an even better view up there....

One of the most beautiful sights in the country. Magical in the evening sun, so still atop theStair Hole lookout, itself a magnificent sight to behold. A half hour walk over the hill to Durdle Door, a couple of incredible places in one walk. Cant love it enough
Incredibly picturesque and beautiful with some challenging but fulfilling walks! The one star rating reflects two things: the sheer volume of people visiting here on a weekend, making it very hard to walk at your own pace without feeling rushed etc. But more importantly the parking situation is an absolute disgrace... Directed by grumpy Marshall to park in the middle of a field to then pay 5 for only four hours! Someone is really making a tidy profit here! We even saw a ticket inspector going around cars who had only recently parked up! Disgusting for an area like that.
Lovely spot, have ice-cream on sale here which was delicious, and a cup of tea. The water was calm when i went, it was so peaceful.
Love this place to come and relax. Absolutely beautiful, lovely little food outlet right down by the cove, great drinks and food. Really enjoyed my visit and will be back soon
