I've been here twice and the 'Q is awesome. The first visit the brisket was moist and tasty, the pork ribs were even better, the beef sausage link was very good. My second visit the brisket was a tad dry, the pork ribs were meaty and full of flavor, tried the spicy sausage link, great taste but not much spice. The sides i tried were and very good cole slaw and beans....they were so good the first time why change. If you haven't been....go!

Excellent food and service. I arrived before lunch and while waiting in my car I observed a staff member washing down the outside door and entry area. Also sweeping the side drive and cleaning by the outside kitchen area. I was pleasantly surprised, because I have never witnessed such cleanliness before.
Love the jalapeno sausage. Unique sauce is worth the trip. Chopped beef sandwich is especially rich, and tasty.
Good old fashioned family BBQ. Spicy hot links are fantastic and their sauce is just as great.
I have not been here yet. But will investigate. Question: is this Luling City Market related to the City Market in Luling TX? Or is this just a coincidence. I have been to City Market in Luling and it is great. Star level upped to 4 because of the response.
