It is also about 15 miles west of Phoenix, Arizona. Luke AFB was built in 1941 as Luke Field. If you live near here, you can catch a few cool airplanes in the air space. For example, a F-22 Raptor. PLEASE REQUEST A PHYSICAL PRE INSPECTION! DONT BE A FOOL. Also Be very careful at the TMO office. The guy in the office doesn't know how many pounds a 3 bedroom is. He assumed WRONG! No physical pre inspection just a via email text is the best they offer. The movers showed up & right away knew it was a bigger then written down job. now I'm stuck not monitoring on the 2nd day with high volume item's. Thanks TMO office & They're 3re party.
Love this base i pu loads near boeing and hearing them rip through the sky in those new f-22 raptors is sweet!!! Keep em burning!!!!
Bought 3 pairs of boots at the uniform store. Very friendly and helpful staff. Oza pizza outside the BX is fantastic! Will have to visit them when they move to Peoria. Very easy to navigate the base and everyone is polite.
Sick of hearing your aircraft flying over. You should deviate more west. Kills our ears. Buckeye is sick of the jet noise.
