Such an awesome team. I arrived without a booking (silly I know) but the owner was fantastic and made room for me. They were so busy for such a little place. You can tell they are all so passionate about what they do. I had duck with watermelon and cashew salad (doesn't sound right i know, thats why i had to try it) for starters and it was phenomenal, I mean wow, what a taste sensation. For main I had the lamb, cooked to exactly how I asked for it, also very nice. I would definitely come back, the only difference is I would book a table before.

Great spot for lunch, but book ahead. Venison Burger was really good and my Daughters pizza was superb. Coffee would blow your socks off, excellent after a bracing walk on the beach.
Absolutely stunning. Only stopped of for a pizza to be told that was only only lunch time menu. Didnt have a table booked however they were willing to let me sit out side. And proceeded to order the mussels and lobster. Well must be said one of thee best meals ive ever had. I tip my hat to the waiters and the boss himself very welcoming and friendly. Deffinatly worth a stop when doin the north coast 500 or just scotland in general. I dont normally leave reviews but this is an exception.
We have been coming to Luiggi’s for many years and it has consistently been the best place in town. Food is always delicious and fresh with frequent menu changes. Dinner is great but so is lunch - try both! Service staff are friendly and Chris the proprietor is usually around and very helpful. Definitely the place to go if you are visiting Dornoch.
We had the most delicious meal at Luigi's. It was all cooked to perfection and the team were really friendly. It was such a cosy spot for an excellent meal. We had seafood and it was so fresh! The lobster was sweet and buttery, the calamari was seasoned well and the batter was perfectly crispy, the king prawn, scallop and chorizo linguine was to die for. So yummy! The halibut with crab potato salad was so fresh and tasty and the sticky toffee pudding to finish was light, fluffy and moreish! Would happily go back and have it all again. Lovely wee place!
