Had a property viewing with Natalie, who was reliable, polite and very helpful - yes, there are Estate Agents of that kind too, so credit where it’s due. Big Update 12/6/19: no, let’s stick with the usual image we all have of estate agents. These ones here blatantly will advertise Shared Ownership properties at only the 60% share price - and not tell you that that is the case until a mortgage broker confronts the staff with the naked truth. And even then, they continue the deception and continue to advertise online, through text messages and in their shop windows a partial price only: see as an example below how they advertise a 448,000 property. Avoid. Solicitor has been contacted. Watch this space.
