Food Okay Ambience Okay 2 stars only for the service and warmth of the staff. Lack of resources is understood in the wake of Covid phase 2.0 but you can not just sell Mini Buffet {with just 2 starters (one veg and one non veg) , just 3 main course gravy and don't even get me started on Dezzerts! No ice cream in summers!! } at the cost of full Buffet. Certainly won't recommend.

Experience at Rocca was one of a kind. Excellent service and the staff were very courteous and friendly. The menu was a bit confusing though but no issues with that in the end.. Really enjoyed there..
Tried the Mini Buffet lunch. Spread was very limited. Food - taste wise was good - especially the chilly paneer and fish curry. Staff was courteous. But for the limited set of items included in the buffet, it was not value for money. Ordered Pasta apart from the buffet. With taxes, cost us around 6500 in total for 4 ppl.
Food was really good and service was also good as well. Mr. shivam was a good host. Loved the place for its hospitality. One of the finest Dinner Buffet I have had in my life. Enjoyed the amazing and delicious meal in a budget. Food is good . We had great time there. Would love to visit again

Disappointing bar on the first floor of the hotel. I went there on my anniversary after checking their bar menu online. They had some good single malts. But the overall experience was really bad, so we left after having just one drink each. Two reasons: zero complimentary snacks with drinks, not even peanuts. We could have lived with that, but the real shocker was the bill. Aberlour was listed at 900 INR taxes in their own online menu at the hyatt website, but they charged 1100 taxes. Didn't feel like arguing, so just paid and left for another bar quickly.
The food was nice. Cost about 3000 rs for two people. Regular Water tasted obnoxious. Had to order mineral water. Service was horrendous. It took several gestures to the waiters to get the bill and then too had to do the swipe by oneself
