Great place to unwind after a long day. Food served are priced reasonably, unfortunately, parking space is a challenge during peak days and hours.
The area has everything that you need. From coffee shops to restaurants to laundry shops. It's also accessible to the main commercial areas of downtown Lucena.
Good and nice places
Feel safe and secure.
I live in Pleasantville Subdivision (Phase 1). This is a quiet place and accessible to the city proper as well as transportation to Manila and to Bicolandia.
A nice place because it has lots of diner nearby.easy access to mall, poblacion and other establishments
