Had to ask to be served. Had to specifically ask to have our drinks delivered. The fries order was half the regular size. Had to ask to bring remainder of order. The manager \Pedro\ was lacking in duties of customer service and proper restaurant operations.

We're extremely happy with our order of the day! Bacon Margherita Regular Pan Pizza It was the perfect answer to my craving for pizza, having an addicting crust that was surrounded by a generous amount of cheesy crunch plus a standard cheesy topping. Tomatoes somehow kept the food refreshing in the mouth. After munching the last slice, I was really full and satisfied! Wingstreet Honey BBQ This was the other favorite! We weren't expecting much since Pizza Hut is really more on a pizza, but their Honey BBQ was really good and the skin was crunchy! It came with two delicious dips (garlic and honey mustard of sorts) but the wings can be enjoyed with or without them. Service Waiting time was very reasonable and our server was friendly and approachable. (original 5 stars) -- For our last two visits, vegetables were not available as pizza toppings. First instance, our server told us they had none when we were about to order. It would have been better if we were told before being brought to our table. Second instance, we asked right away if veggies were available for pizza. Our server clarified with another staffer and they both said they have. Then we took our seats and ordered Pizza Margherita, which has basil. Upon serving, we got no basil and no one said a word about it. We clarified with our server again and she checked the menu, realizing we, indeed, had missing basil. She clarified with someone again and apologized, saying they have none. Our server was very friendly and I loved seeing her smile, but we've reached strike 2 with the stock of veggies at this branch. Please don't break our hearts anymore, Pizza Hut. We're doing our best to be forgiving because we still love your food and service. We hope to hear from you soon because, for the first incident, we sent feedback (with instructions from your table top) on how to send it with receipt details. Hopefully, you've received that too. (currently 3 stars)
