Rep called our home, stating he was calling on behalf of Frontier Communications. He kept insisting he was only calling because Frontier technical support had contacted him to help to setup our internet services. Order was placed with Frontier but not for internet, it was Only for telephone service. He was rude and wouldn't explain himself. I contacted Frontier, and it turned out to be a 3rd party vendor selling services. Ridiculous. I don't even know how he got our cell phone number since, I only called Frontier.
