Bought headphones which has noise cancelling feature (supposed to be) from their tenant. The unit was not working properly so i had to return it to them. They were accommodating on the phone, had my unit changed into a more expensive one. I would've liked that i could make a full.refund,but they say it's not allowed. I wanted to check other stores but i was thinking of the money i will waste. And i hope next time they inform the customer that the unit ran out of box so they had to put it in a different box,which by the way caused confusion.
