As a first time buyer, purchasing my home was a daunting prospect but the team at Lucas Estates were fab at every point in the process. During house viewings with other companies I felt uncomfortable because of their outshines but Jordan and his team were warm and friendly yet professional and efficient also. Nothing was too much trouble and when my solicitor wasn’t very forthcoming (!) with the contents and fixtures list, Jordan contacted the vendor on my behalf and I had an answer in a matter of hours!! The girls at the office are always warm, smiley and welcoming and if I ever need to in the future, I would use them again without a doubt! During what can be a massively stressful time, Lucas Estates were amazing and I would highly recommend them to anyone! Thanks all.
