Not only are they slow to get your luggage out of the plane, but they are also crooks dont put any valuables in your luggage or they will steal it.

LS Airport Services simply does not answer the baggage services \courtesy phone\ at Chopin Aiport. I had to pick up my bag after a cancelled flight, and was told to use it. After almost 30 minutes of listening to \hold\ music on that phone, I called the LS headquarters on my real phone. They called the baggage office, and after an additional 10 minutes one of the FOUR employees who had been sitting around in the LS office 50 meters from the courtesy phone (but in a secure area) came out to help me and the other customers waiting retrieve our luggage. Poland deserves better! So do LOT customers!

The worst service you could even imagine. I would like to cary my bagg on my back than have anything in touch with them on the Chopin Airport. It's madness and bad joke to wait 45 minutes to get bagg. Experience of Chopin Airport is dramatically lower thanks to them!!!!!!

1h of waiting for suitcase. That's a joke. My flight was 1,5h and then I spent additional 1h waiting for my luggage.

Charged for baggage when it was the same as the flight I came over on, never had this problem before but the flight is overbooked and there will be huge compensation for someone mess up and who pays the price the passenger......Rude staff and very dismissive, when making payment another staff member said it was neither the airline or the ground staff fault......What sort of way is this to speak to a customer. I worked in the travel industry for many years and never come across anything like this. Even worse than Swissport and that is saying something.

Brussels-Warsaw. They gave a few bagages via belt. Suddenly it closed and we have to wait this queue for taking the luggage. Unfortunately passengers are used to these management with this company

10 April, 01:45 PM.Staff manager at check-in desk at Modlin Airport/Poland rude and dismissive. Treats you as you were his butler. This is not an employee in customer service, it is a peasant on his farmstead .He threatened me that he will not check me in if I do not do as he ORDERS. Gives boorish answers when asked why his desk is closed, even though he is manning it. Travellers, beware of these individuals.in this place.
