L.R.C. have been excellent for me. My car failed it's M.O.T. on a rusted exhaust and they did all they could to help me out, with the staff working tirelessly to find a solution that wouldn't bankrupt me. They stayed in touch and kept me informed throughout the whole process and made me feel like my custom was their top priority. With reasonable rates and exemplary service, I will definitely be using L.R.C. as my garage of choice from now on!

Fantastic experience of LRC 4x4 in Congleton. Mark, especially was exceptional. Very helpful, very knowledgeable and great. Nothing was too much trouble, we test drove the car twice, no pressure and we are allowed to borrow it as long as we liked in order to check we were happy with it. The guys are quick to answer questions and Reassure with regards to any concerns that I had. I thought the deal I got was very fair and the guys were very helpful. Would highly recommend. If you want great customer service, make sure you call and speak to Mark or Alex.

To be honest, it should be a five, the service is always really good and we always feel that we can trust what you guys tell us about what needs doing. I was just smarting about having to pay another bill for the Range Rover but then that just goes with the territory!

Disappointed at last request for MOT and service....they ?didn't recognise the car (bought from them less than a year ago) received letter 20th Dec for MOT / service due,rang on 21st to book and was told too busy can't fit you in until 13th Jan, beyond the MOT expiry date.!!! Forced to go elsewhere having been a loyal customer for 5 years.....
