Sophie went above and beyond to make sure that my cats could fly to Tenerife during the pandemic, and addressed all my questions and concerns during the process. Moving overseas is stressful, and worrying about your pets makes it even harder. But these guys were FANTASTIC. All I had to do was tell them my pet's info and the day we were flying and they took care of the rest (booking the flight, picking us up, researching rules and regulations, etc). And even on the day of the flight when I messed up and forgot parts of the kennel, they ran back to their shop to fix up the kennel and get my dog on the plane. Thorough instructions start to finish, consistent follow up, and even made sure we were good to go on the other side of the pond. This is how you run a business! Highly recommend these guys.
