Home from Home....that's how mum describes it after her settling period. Staff are so lovely and make mum feel at home. Communication is excellent. Happy to recommend to anyone!
There is nothing these people wouldn't do. Going over and above is an understatement. It is evident, both obviously and subtly, that the staff really do genuinely care about the residents. I was impressed from the moment we were greeted at the door on an unannounced visit to view the home. This isn't just a care home, it's a home in the true meaning of the word. Nothing is too much trouble. Always seeking new ways to improve the facility and the experience, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend The Dell. Our family are at ease in the knowledge that my mum is safe and well cared for by a super team of carers, admin, catering, cleaning and maintenance staff. Thank you for doing what you do, so well.
In Lowestoft this lovely care home called The Dell Care Home is a lovely home with extensive well-maintained rooms & gardens. Residents are encouraged to explore and enjoy. The staff are friendly, caring and helpful to residents and visitors. Social activities are encouraged and provided and my elderly friend particularly appreciates visits from school children and choirs. Overall a great place to be for those who need extra loving care.
My wife and I are regular visitors to The Dell Care Home to see an elderly resident. We are really impressed with the staff and management who clearly have the residents' best interests at heart and go out of their way to be helpful, considerate and caring. Well done Team Dell.
