Love love love this place. Great atmosphere, lovely friendly staff. Amazing milkshakes and very reasonable prices. I really appreciate how they do vegan drinks as well and took my vegan friend there, she was highly impressed.

Wonderful place. We had 3 drinks, two tuna rolls and a cake for 18. I thought this was a bargain for the quality of the items. The shakes are truly delicious. Made with ice cream and the quality shows through. The only down side and I was close to giving 4 stars was the room was cold. I know its winter but the heating needs to be higher. However the rolls and cake were fresh and the shakes amazing, so it had to be 5 stars.

Visited at the beginning of November. Popped in for a quick shake with my son. Ordered, paid and after 20 minutes our 1 Bueno milkshake still hadn't arrived. Had to ask for a refund as I wasn't prepared to wait any longer. I have given 2 stars rather than 0-1 because lady was apologetic and polite and gave me a full refund but I was left with a very disappointed little boy. There were only 5 other customers in the shop and what seemed to be happening is rather than serve customers their drinks and leave the kitchen to sort food orders the staff member was working through each order from start to finish inc. toasties, hot food etc before moving on to the next. Never seen a system like this and it clearly didn't work. Counter tops and equipment were also in a terrible state. Perhaps the shop was short staffed but it is unlikely we will go back.
