My Mum, Alice Tabiner, moved into North Bay in May 2011 having suffered a major stroke. She had previously suffered from cancer and a heart attack. We thought that her stay there might be quite short. However, due to the quality of care she received from management, carers and support staff she lived until late 2018 when she passed away at the age of 97. I and my family cannot speak highly enough about the quality of care at North Bay. We will always be grateful to them and would recommend North Bay to anyone in need of such a home.
