Great museum and fantastic price 2.00 per adult. The museum is run by volunteers who were very friendly and knowledgeable about Lowestoft. The exhibits had plenty of information to read and 6 short videos, spent a good two hours. Great place to take children as there is a park within the grounds.
Excellent place for all ages. The volunteers do a great meet and greet and are very knowledgable about the maritime items. Lots to see and you can be hands on with some items. So much to see, great use of space. There is an activities room for children with lots to do with craft, puzzles, books, jigsaws, dressing up. Stay as long as you like. Great dvds to watch about the fishing industry. Good prices to enter. Also there's a great park and restaurant or bring a picnic.
Great Place to Visit What a great museum. Loads to do in an afternoon. From hands on to colouring and puzzles. Exhibits are good and lots to see and read while you look around. The little shop has great items at very very good prices, you don't get ripped off here. Highly recommend.
