A large pirate ship for the older children and then a smaller one for the under 2's. Extensive menus for both kids and adults, all at a reasonable price. Staff friendly and regularly clearing and cleaning table areas. Only downside was the toilet area with no toilet rolls, rather messy and only had one dryer working. Apart from that, it's a great place to go!
The staff are so helpful and the Raw Soccer area is excellent for Kuk Sool Won of Lowestoft.
Here on holiday and found this place online with decent reviews. Lovely big area for the children, well decorated and clean. Am very used to over crowded small soft play areas with standing room only back at home so this was a nice change.
Booked a party here for September due to virus it was cancelled understand that. What I don't understand is why I still have not had my refund back. I am the one who have to chase them to see what it going on, they don't answer, don't get back to me. 3 months on they still have my money. We have had no party and out of pocket. Try to call phone cut you off, try to fb them no answer. Disgusting I get there is this virus but how hard is it for them to pay back a refund. They took it quick enough.
