I would give 6 starts if I could! I just finished my 5 days trial for balanced diet. I loved the food. Only one dish in 5 days wasn't for me, lamb curry. Not a big fan of lamb meat anyways. Other than that, the food was was delicious as much as \healthy\ food can be. There were plenty of variety in snacks and main meals. Cauliflower pizza with aubergine dip was one of my favourite with the pecan cake with cream. The deliveries also were on time and convenient. They deliver next day's meals in the evenings. That worked quite well with me. Some companies just leave the food outside but Love Yourself delivery was not like that. I personally prefer it this way but I think this can be arranged if you want your food to be left outside if you are not home. The most importantly, I have lost 2 pounds in 5 days and I feel much more energetic. I ate additional snacks like dark chocolate and dates on top of their food. 1500 cal for me is a little bit in the lower side so gives me little flexibility but they have other options for calories depending on your needs.

Healthy eating made so easy! I must say I don't always feel like cooking, checking at the calories & planning. It is nice to receive a calorie-controlled meal plan, especially on the days or weeks you are not feeling like going in the kitchen. I tried their 1200 cal Vegetarian Meal Plan for 2 days and I would definitely recommend it.

I've been struggling to loose weight in recent years and the idea of having to prepare and plan meal ahead can be daunting. Loveyourself does that for you. I'm very happy with their service as I have tried a couple of different diets. The menu is varied every week with the freshess ingredients and super tasty too. Customer services are always helpful and quick to respond. If you are looking to go on diet without the hassle of preparing it yourself I would highly recommend loveyourself.

I've tried the balanced diet from Love Yourself for one week now and I am very satisfied with the taste and variety of the meals. The reason for trying Love Yourself was the lack of time to cook such meals myself everyday during the week, and to try alternatives to what I used to eat before. For example, they sometimes provide a meal containing vegetables and even fish for breakfast, which I was not used to as I used to eat rather sweet in the mornings. However, it turned out keep me full longer and is certainly healthier than sweet stuff that just spikes your glucose levels shortly after. The delivery worked very well, although they don't provide a fixed time but a time window from ca. 6:30 to 10 pm. So it was not possible to be at home for me to receive the delivery in person, but they just left it at the doorstep. Here it is important to give clear instructions to the driver and maybe to arrange someone to provide access to the building and to provide save place to leave the food for you. The price is higher in the long run than when you cook yourself, but cheaper than going out regularly. Given the high quality of the meals and the time it saves, the price seems justified to me. Overall, I am very happy with the provided service and can recommend it.

Have been using their service for over 2months. Very impressed! Each evening fresh delivery for the next day to consume. Tracking link of the whereabouts of the driver are provided each afternoon. Food very diverse and high quality ingredients. Definitely restaurant quality and not some corners cut to save money. Over those past weeks I had only a handful times the same dish.Excellent customer service with fast response times. Can highly recommend
