Love Furniture

Rang love furniture shop in dublin before ordering to see how long it would take to order a table. The guy on the phone said the table will be with you in 7-10 days so I proceeded to order and pay. 2 weeks later I called to see where my purchase was and they had my details under a name in another county and that I bought a bed. My table has to be ordered from England and won’t be here for 4-6 weeks. I have never used such an incompetent and clueless service in my life. I am so frustrated as it was a Christmas gift for my mum and now a week before Christmas I have to go looking for another gift. I will never use love furniture again.

Roman and his helper were fantastic. Excellent correspondance leading up to the delivery. They were happy to wait on my arrival and double checked the order was correct. They even carried the order to my room of choice which was above and beyond my expectations. I would definitely order from love furniture again. Absolutely so easy to deal with and great correspondence throughout from placing the order to delivery. 5stars from me. Would highly recommend.

All delivered in one piece and clean. No broken boxes or parts. They even dropped off upstairs only thing was they couldn't build it so it was a bit if hassle finding someone to build but other than that the experience was very lovely. The delivery men were very polite.

Brilliant furniture shop, excellent quality and fast delivery. Marcos was very friendly and professional on delivery, Marcos kept me up to date on when my delivery was due to arrive which I can't praise high enough. Very happy!
