They have been delivering to us for 4 years and the last 5 times in our new tank but they have decided the base isn't safe (it's not changed) and didn't even contact us to say they hadn't and wasn't going to deliver. Leaving us in a cold home in winter with young children.
Been with Watsons for oil over a year and now and just taken out a maintenance contract as well. Found them to be very helpful in sorting out any issues, and let's be honest we all have issues with suppliers. You can always get hold of someone to help sort out any problem. Pricing is good. My overall view after a year plus is that they are a very good brand, really try hard to help the customer and importantly are always available. Engineers are very knowledgeable and for me a biggy, very clean and tidy. A good customer focused and professional team across the board. JC
