Rang them regarding a bike advertised on Ebay. Agreement was they would deliver for a price and if I didn't like it or not as described, they would load it back in the van and take it away. Service was absolutely brilliant from the first phone call to the bike arriving. Andrew and Margaret gave excellent customer service. Really great people to deal with and the bike was spot on. I'm over 100 miles from them, but will be riding over for a visit and a coffee first chance I get. Thanks for great service. Dave
