Away from the beaten path but well well worth it. This was a trip making meal. Protip: the place is small, get reservations. We came here based on the advise of Thomas at Coin-Op Table and this was BY FAR the best meal we had in Paris. Now admittedly, we are not the kind that can afford 120/person, but the quality here was amazing. The dishes hit at a far higher level of quality than the price. The chefs choice menu was 38 and holy hell was it good. The scallops were cooked with great skill, the parsnip puree was amazing, the spider crab ravioli was surprisingly good, the pork chop was honestly game changing. To get the full feel of the food, everything on the plate had to be consumed together. It made for a remarkable meal! I will remember
Extraordinary restaurant - by best dining experience in Paris so far. We were four people and took the table d'hote, which came with many course and wine pairings. Lovely soup and amuse-bouche. The gigot was amazing. Staff knows what they're doing and chef was obviously top-notch.
Our dinner was absolutely delicious, while the Alsace Pinot was surprisingly good.
This restaurant was amazing! If you do not speak French as was the case for us, you might feel a little overwhelmed at first. The menu is always changing to incorporate the freshest ingredients so you read it off a chalk menu on the wall. Fortunately, we had the greatest waiter and he was very patient in helping to explain the menu and guide us in our selection. He started by saying you can't go wrong as everything is great. After sampling all the items our entire table ordered, I can agree with that assessment! I will definitely visit this restaurant the next time I'm in Paris!
